Orders are shipped through our professional wine service, Planzer KEP. You can track your orders at all times.
Your e-mail address and/or telephone number is required to place an order.
Orders in excess of 9 boxes will be shipped on pallets through Planzer Cargo. Please contact us for an offer. We usually do not ship outside Switzerland. However, if you would like to purchase from abroad, please contact us for an estimate. Complaints and Returns For complaints or returns, please contact us via e-mail: info@settemaggio.ch. Faulty wines purchased in the year will be replaced (where available). Where the wine is no longer available, it will be replaced with your preferred bottle of equal value. Please send us the bottle back, together with its original cork and 3/4 of its content, for us to detect any faults. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the wine; we will be responsible for any shipping costs to replace it.
