Although Ticino is best known for its great red wines, we have taken up a new challenge to produce this aromatic and elegant sparkling wine. Winetasting Lemon-green colour and a delicate and persistent mousse. Strong on the nose with notes of yellow melon, peach, pineapple and jasmine. Straightforward and dry on the palate, it boasts good minerality and structure. Food pairing It is perfect for a lavish aperitif, canapés and shellfish and also with sushi. |
