Winemaking

Fermentation and 30-day maceration. Maturation in 225-litre oak barrels for 24 months. After maturation, the barrel is blended with the wines of the other winemakers.

Characteristics

A wine that comes from the friendship of six young Ticino winemakers, eager to put their winemaking expertise together and create a product that is a blend of their best nectars.

The initiative has involved Enrico Trapletti – Coldrerio, Giorgio Rossi – Sementina, Giancarlo Pestoni – Sementina, Nicola Corti – Balerna, Sacha Pelossi - Pazzallo, Nicola and Raffaele Marcionetti – Monte Carasso.

To reflect their quest for uniqueness, this wine has a special, 100-cl bottle called “Mini-magnum”.
