Our Cellar has developed significantly over the past 20 years. We started with a small production of 7,000 bottles per year in 1999, reaching a current (2020) production of approximately 45,000-50,000 bottles – and there is still a large potential for expansion. All the grapes we use to make our wines are grown by Settemaggio. We carry out different winemaking works for others, too. Our grandparents’ old rural buildings – namely, the former cow milking shed – have been transformed into the main cellar rooms. Winemaking and storage rooms were properly converted for such purposes in 1999, and then partially refurbished in 2019. The barrique cellar is located 150 m away from the main building at Via Pedmunt 15, inside the former parish house, now a private property; this building, which is over 250 years old, provides an ideal environment where humidity and temperature find their natural balance.
