Winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation and subsequent 30-day maceration. Maturation in new, 225-litre French oak barrels for 30 months before bottling.

Characteristics

This wine is only made in the best vintages and production is intentionally limited to two barrels per vintage. Amiis is the highest expression of quality – the “Riserva speciale dei padron”, as we like to call it.

Every passionate winemaker produces a “reserve” for himself, his friends and best customers, which reflects the pride he takes in his work, pushing him towards new winemaking challenges. Amiis is the product of passion, and we dedicate it to our friends and to everyone that shares this passion with us.
